Elaine Mejia
Founder
Elaine's goal is to help as many people as she can to gain control over a busy and, sometimes, hectic life from her own busy and hectic life. She leverages her 15+ years of coaching experience and planning, both in the military and in the civilian sector to develop Sapling Fi's mission. Experiences are honed by an Master in Business Administration and training in project management as well as Lean Six Sigma principles. She has a passion for organization and planning to aid in controlling the chaos to develop for a more stable future.
